This website is run by Cross Group Ltd, the data controller for personal data collected here. You can contact us at kaman@crossreliability.com.

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company if you give it, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to manage any resulting business relationship. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own site. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Who processes your data

We use Cloudflare to host the site and an email provider to handle messages. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and for no longer than 24 months unless we go on to work together.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. Email us to do this. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
